We offer refunds on consultations within 14 days of the consultation date if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds are issued in full for the consultation fee.
To request a refund, contact us at info@rinsehip.world within 14 days of your consultation. Include your name, date of consultation, and reason for the refund request.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
Refunds are not available if: you did not attend a scheduled consultation without notice, you cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or the refund request is made more than 14 days after the consultation.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full consultation fee. To cancel, contact us via email or phone.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is free and available based on our calendar availability.
If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact us first. We aim to resolve concerns amicably. If unresolved, you may pursue the matter through appropriate consumer protection channels in the United Kingdom.
